Please provide a photo for pet identification and confirm your pet’s size.

Pets must have their own bedding and are not allowed on beds, sofas ( due to past scratching incidents), bathtubs, or in the swimming pool.

There is an additional charge of 300 THB per pet.

Aggressive or excessively noisy dogs are not allowed. If a pet becomes disruptive and   the owner cannot manage them, they may be asked to leave without a refund.

Any damages caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

Pets must weigh no more than 10 kg. (On weekdays, except during holidays, we may allow larger dogs on a case-by-case basis.)

Owners must ensure their pets relieve themselves in designated areas and maintain cleanliness. A fine of 200 THB will be applied per incident if cleaning is neglected.
